Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email, or in person. By booking an appointment, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This can be done by emailing mbnaturopathyinfo@gmail.com

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full consultation fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your consultation time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. Full consultation fees may still apply.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion in cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

Payment of Fees

Outstanding cancellation or consultation fees may need to be settled before future appointments can be booked.
